What should a winery or brewery include in a first message?
- The venue name exactly as it should read, and the kind of business: winery, brewery, distillery or event organizer.
- What the piece is for: a room sign, a bottle display, a cask dedication, a staff nameplate, a menu board or a competition award.
- Where it will go, with rough measurements of the wall, counter, barrel head or shelf.
- The wording you already know, such as the space name, vintage, dedication or medal result, and anything still to be confirmed.
- Your logo or label artwork file, and the date the pieces need to be on site.
